FREE SATURDAYS!

Come join us every Saturday FOR FREE! We offer 2 styles of classes that are open to all ability levels! We help you scale according to your ability level. 

 

Free Saturday CrossFit class at 8:15AM:

This class will give our newbies an introduction to CrossFit, with a workout that incorporates strength, cardio and body weight movements. This workout can be scaled to your ability level. So whether this is your first time doing CrossFit OR you are a veteran to fitness, this workout is FOR YOU!

Free Em's Fitcamp at 10:15AM: 

This class is a bootcamp style workout designed for all ability levels and even kids age 10 and up!
