DROPPING IN?
Welcome to the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area!

You can use your drop-in passes for any of our classes OR open gym. You are permitted to do your own programming during our classes as long as your are respectful of the class going on. Please read the Athlete Programming rules hanging on the back wall of the gym.​​

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: If you are purchasing this on a mobile phone, it can be confusing. Be sure to follow the mobile instructions below.

Step 1: Click on the Free Week Pass Button Below.
Step 2: Enter your email and phone and hit Let's Go
Step 3: Create a pin code
Step 4: Choose Athlete/Member and Agree to the terms.
Step 5: Enter Your Name, DOB, Find Gym (Be sure it says Newport Fitness), Select United States on the Where are You From Dropdown.
Step 6: Scroll to the top and hit SAVE.
Step 7: It should take you to the liability waiver. (If it does not, close out the app and re-open).
Step 8. Go to MORE, Then Memberships, Scroll to the Drop-In Options at the very bottom.
Step 8: Visit the Classes tab to get registered.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Why aren't there any CrossFit Classes on Wednesdays?
​
On Wednesdays, we call our classes "Em's FitFest." We have our Fitcamp and CrossFit members come together to do a long, challenging workout called FitFest which is a CrossFit workout with modified options for our Fitcamp Members. So please still join in on Wednesdays!

2. Where can I find the WODs?
​
If you click on any class within our schedule and hit "View Class", you can view the daily programming. We generally post about a week out.

3. Do I have to pay for the FREE Classes on Saturday at 8:15AM High-Intensity Mix and 10:15AM Fitcamp?
​
No, these are Free to anyone but you must still pre-register. Standard Drop- In fees apply for the 9AM Boxing, 9AM CrossFit and 10:15AM CrossFit.
