After you’ve mastered beginner classes, you will transition to the RX workouts! Led by an experienced, certified trainers – and intertwined with experienced athletes – now you’ll be challenged to a new level. With cardio, lifting, gymnastics and other exercises, you will not stop moving and changes will start taking place. Beware; this is where you get addicted!
What is RX CrossFit?
RX stands for “as prescribed.” The trainers will post a WOD on the white board, app or TV monitor with prescribed exercises, weights and reps / time. If you can perform the workout without modifications / scaling, then you are doing it RX.
