2 MONTH BOOTCAMP

This class is for EVERYONE! We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating, so we created a class for all ages, sizes and ability levels. We took out the barbells, the rings, the ropes and stud athletes and created a more comfortable environment separated from the traditional CrossFit side. We still utilize the philosophy of a total body workout in a class setting with a community of motivated people and top notch trainers. 2 MONTH BOOTCAMP TRIAL – $75 TOTAL for NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.

BEGINNER CROSSFIT

Our beginner classes are our top priority to ensure
that everyone receives proper instruction and is comfortable
with all CrossFit skills before stepping into
the regular RX classes.

RX CROSSFIT

After you’ve mastered beginner classes,
you will transition to the RX workouts!
Led by an experienced, certified trainer
– and intertwined with experienced athletes –
now you’ll be challenged to a new level.
With cardio, lifting, gymnastics and other exercises,
you will not stop moving and changes will start taking place.
Beware, for this is where you get addicted!
