CrossFit Kids is a well-designed fitness program dedicated to the health, wellness and happiness of children between 4 – 12 years of age. The kid’s classes focus on a variety of movements to improve athletic capacity, including, but not limited to:

Kids/Teen Barbell Club
Kids Barbell Club is a well-designed fitness program for kids/teens ages 9 to 18 looking to compete in Olympic Weightlifting meets. They will focus specifically on learning the technique for the Clean and Jerk and Snatch, but also working on accessory movements to help keep all their muscles string and flexible. This is a great program for any kid who has not been able to make a sports team or is burnt out on their current sport.
We have taken 3 Kids to the Youth Nationals and aspire to take another 4 to 6 kids this year.

In addition to physical activity, your child will develop leadership skills, practice teamwork, build friendships, build confidence and integrity, and do it all through a guided fitness program. The best part, it’s so fun, they don’t even know how hard they are working!
What to Expect
During the class, a combination of skills, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning is how our trainers build the programming. The kids build skills through gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, jumping rope and more. Our goal is to teach the kids that exercising can be fun!
