Beginner CrossFit

Proper, hands-on instruction, in a comfortable environment, is vital to ensuring you experience continuous improvement in your abilities and helps with the physical transformation. The beginner classes are not all instruction—there is a CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) at the end of each class, so no worries—you will sweat!

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a unique style of high intensity, cross-functional workouts. The workouts incorporate cardiovascular exercises, Olympic weightlifting and bodyweight / gymnastic skills. The intensity of each workout can be scaled to each individual’s comfort and ability level.

Why CrossFit over the Traditional Gym?

All CrossFit workouts are performed in group settings, and led by CrossFit-specialized, certified, trained instructors . Although at first, many are intimidated (hey, we’ve all been there), but you’ll quickly realize the community feel is immediate and unmatched at any big-box gym!
