20 Minute AMRAP (Individual)

2 Ring or Bar Muscle Ups (MOD: 6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups/Pull Ups)
4 Handstand Push-Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (70/53) (MOD 53/35 or less)



Teams of 2–20 Minute AMRAP

10 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings
30 Wall Balls
40 Lunges
